Eligibility

Items must be unused and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Email hello@primesuturekit.com with your order number to receive a return label.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.
